Our Lab carries out mechanical and electrical tests and quality controls on raw materials and on products across the entire manufacturing process with latest generation instruments, such as spectrometers, microscopes, 4 point probes and contactless test devices and stress machines.
In addition, our Lab prototypes and tests sample capacitors on Shering bridge. We carefully study customer new product request, optionally suggesting alternative solutions to optimize products performances and cost. We are constantly researching to optimize our process parameters (eg. Plasma) to ensure continuous product improvement. We carry out tests on polypropylene to verify raw material compliance to supplier specifics.
We keep in constant contact with our suppliers to design and develop new and innovative products to offer our clients. We develop new control techniques, for example on slitters. Our Lab also works to select the best suppliers of machinery and raw materials.
